1.Jennyray’s Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, you'll receive a full refund and you don't need to return the items to get a refund.
2.Customer's Responsibility
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return.
14 Day Refund Warranty
Customers can contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us.
No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

2. Jennyray's customer service records the return
3. Customers return the items to our company and send tracking number to Jennyray customer service.
4. Jennyray receives the parcel and refunds to customers
Refund Time
Usually, refund will be back to your card(if paid by credit card) 3-8 work days or in a few minutes to your paypal(if paid by paypal)
